By paying the deposit and/or balance on a Roon Jewelry piece, you are confirming you have read and understand the terms herein.

The design process is based around experimentation and each piece will vary slightly from the one pictured online. The lost wax casting method and hand fabrication ensures each piece is unique. For this reason, variations in stone colors, overall shape, texture and finish may occur.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, we do not offer refunds, but you are welcome to either return pre-approved pieces for credit or exchange pieces for a ready to ship item of equal or lesser value within 7 days of purchase.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping. When shipping back your order, please include a note with your contact information. We suggest shipping with a reliable and insured carrier only.

• All pieces will be subject to a quality control inspection, and the original packaging must be intact. Roon Jewelry will not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, has been used, or altered from its original condition in any way. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item received is determined to be damaged or unsaleable.

• Special orders and custom orders cannot be returned for exchange and are determined final sale. 

• Roon Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages in the case of a returned shipment.

• All international orders are final sale.
