SIZING
Roon Jewelry uses US sizes. When selecting a ring some important things to note are:
Rings that are thin tend to fit larger. You may need to order a half size or quarter size down from your typical size. If you plan to wear multiple thin rings in a stack, order your regular size.
Hands and fingers may expand and contract due to changes in season, temperature, activity, or when traveling. Consider your location’s seasonality and your lifestyle when selecting your ring size.
An ideal ring size fits comfortably over your knuckle, with a little room at the base of your finger. Your ring should slide comfortably on and off, meeting slight resistance, for security, at the knuckle. Avoid choosing a size that requires effort to move over your knuckle.
Materials & Sourcing
Roon Jewelry sources as many materials as possible from estate sales and auctions, finding discarded jewels and repurposing their diamonds, gemstones, gold, and silver into new designs.
CUSTOM PIECES
Roon Jewelry creates custom works. This is anything from resetting a family stone, designing custom engagement rings and wedding bands, to building upon an existing Roon design. Check out our Custom Orders page and/or reach out to studio@roonjewelry.com if you're interested in creating a custom design piece with us.
RECYCLING YOUR MATERIALS
Roon Jewelry uses recycled and reclaimed materials as much as possible. If you have a family heirloom or an old ring you want to repurpose, get in touch. In *most* cases your family heirloom or precious gemstones like sapphires and diamonds can be used in a custom Roon Jewelry piece. Check out our Custom Orders page or reach out at studio@roonjewelry.com if you'd like to talk about a project.
